Confirm the pickup point and both journeys
Concierge confirmation dated 29 October 2026: complimentary return transfers cover hotels, the airport, ferry terminals and border checkpoints. Send the date, group size, luggage and both destinations, then save your confirmed pickup point.
Updated ・Prepared by Hao Xiang ConciergeArrange the airport pickup time
- Complimentary return transfers include Macau airport. Send your flight, arrival date, group size, bag count and whether you are going to a hotel first.
- Do not assume a particular exit or floor is the meeting point. Obtain a written location confirmation before going to the pickup area.
- Report your actual progress after immigration and baggage collection. Delayed flights, baggage waits or a new destination require the pickup time to be checked again.
Name the correct ferry terminal
- Distinguish Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal from Taipa Ferry Terminal, and provide the ferry service, arrival date, group size and luggage.
- Complimentary return transfers include ferry terminals. Confirm the permitted pickup point and contact method; this site does not assign one universal meeting point to every journey.
- For the trip back, check the terminal, sailing date and departure time. A complimentary return journey still needs advance arrangement; do not wait until you leave to request it.
Leaving a hotel or another Macau location
- Give the hotel’s full name, tower or lobby, and your current location. Buildings with similar names or several entrances require a precise pickup point.
- If your actual starting location differs from the booking, send an update. A room number alone is insufficient, and a driver may not be able to use every hotel entrance.
- Give the full group size and luggage details. Confirm vehicle capacity, whether separate cars are needed and whether a vehicle change has any additional charge.
Arrange outbound and return travel separately
- Complimentary return transfers include hotels, the airport, ferry terminals and border checkpoints. For the outbound journey, state the starting place, venue, date, ready-to-leave time, group size and luggage.
- For the return, name the exact hotel, airport, terminal or checkpoint, request time and meeting point. Include the date and departure time of any connecting flight or ferry.
- Update the confirmation promptly if the destination or group changes, or if multiple vehicles are required, then check the vehicle and timing arrangements again.
Late departures and changed plans
- Use the full date after midnight, for example ‘30 October, 02:00, return to hotel’, so both journeys use the same understanding of time.
- Save the concierge or confirmed vehicle contact method. If no driver, registration number or meeting point has been provided, ask how to identify and contact the vehicle.
- If you choose other transport yourself, confirm the destination address and your budget first. Leave travel and check-in buffers for onward flights or ferries according to the carrier’s requirements.
